Liska designed an installation that provides information, builds anticipation and identifies construction areas for the new Nichols Bridge–designed by Renzo Piano–that will link the Art Institute of Chicago’s new Modern Wing to Millennium Park. By using images of artwork from the museum and plants and flowers in the park’s Lurie Garden, the installation conveys the seamless transition the bridge will create between these two iconic locations.
