Schatz is a Chicago-based real estate development firm that–when it completed the successful 600 North Fairbanks high-rise by Helmut Jahn–asked Liska to expand its website to include the project. The design also communicates the firm’s goals and positioning as well as its unique history and presence in Chicago. As Schatz continues to grow and build its portfolio, the site can be easily updated to include future projects.
