Gaia House — 200 Eleventh Avenue

Developer Gaia House commissioned Selldorf Architects to design this building with 16 limited-edition riverfront homes and a car elevator that lifts residents to an En-Suite Sky Garage™ adjacent to their home’s entrance. Liska created a comprehensive branding system for the building and developed all its marketing materials, including a hard-cover book featuring an interview with the architect.
